Top Tycoon Games Performance in Kenya Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the top tycoon games on the unified platform in Kenya showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Township from Playrix saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 8.5K in early September. Weekly revenue fluctuated, reaching around $1.3K in mid-August, while active users steadily rose from 17.2K to 27.7K by the end of the quarter.

Truck Manager - 2025 by Xombat Development experienced a significant rise in weekly active users, climbing from 8.8K to 19.2K. Downloads also increased, hitting a high of 6.7K in early July. Revenue, however, remained modest, topping at $38 in early September.

Megapolis: City Building Sim by Social Quantum Development saw a decline in weekly downloads, dropping to just 40 by the end of September. Active users also decreased, while revenue remained low, peaking at $14 at the start of the quarter.

Transport Tycoon Empire: City from Alda Games had stable weekly downloads, reaching over 1.9K in late September. Active users fluctuated, peaking at 4.8K, although revenue was negligible throughout the quarter.

Airport City transport manager by Game Insight saw a gradual increase in downloads, reaching over 1.2K by the end of September. Active users remained relatively stable, while weekly revenue peaked at $44 in early September.
